TWG Supports

TWG supports future and former members with a number of financial programmes.

Trinity Access Programme (TAP)

TWG maintains an Education Fund to support women students who enter Trinity College Dublin via the Trinity Access Programme:

• Junior Fresh Award - an annual €500 award to the woman student who achieves the highest overall score in their Junior Fresh Examinations

• Four Year Scholarship - €1,000 per annum scholarship to a student nominated by TAP

• Post Grad Award - €1,000 award to post-graduate students nominated by TAP. We are increasing the number of these awards and will make an announcement in Jan 2025

Bursary

TWG makes a number of discretionary payments out of our Bursary Fund to former members who are in financial difficulties.

TWG is a not for profit association, your membership and donations help us maintain and increase our Education and Bursary Funds. Attending higher level education has always been expensive but it is increasing. Our aim is to increase our funding to the TAP scholarships. We would welcome additional private or corporate donations to our association so we can direct those funds to this important programme..
