Trinity Women Graduates (TWG) was established in 1922 to enable women graduates keep in touch with Trinity, with each other and with women graduates all over the world.

Membership of TWG is open to women graduates of any recognised University.

Membership subscription is €50 per annum. You can join here on the website just click on the join now button and fill in the form.

What TWG does

  • TWG Organises a variety of cultural events, social gatherings and outings
  • We organise lectures with guest speakers during the year
  • This year we support Sexual Consent Workshops for Students through the Student Counselling Service
  • TWG supports the Trinity Access Programme (TAP) with an annual bursary to undergraduates and now a post grad award
  • We run a National Public Speaking Competition for girls under 15 years of age.
  • TWG has a Bursary Fund which provides a small grant to a number of women graduates
  • TWG is a member of  the National Women’s Council of Ireland (NWCI)

Members of TWG are also part of a global network of women graduates –

 Irish Federation of University Women (IrFUW), Graduate Women International (GWI) and

University Women of Europe (UWE). Representatives of TWG attend international meetings as voting delegates.
